Hi, I'm Trevor Saighman.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven individual with a take-charge attitude. With nearly 3+ years of work experience in retail management, I've trained multiple leaders to take the next step and develop their own successful careers in management. I am focused and organized, demonstrating an outstanding aptitude to manage, learn, and lead operations and accuracy.
In my spare time, I make art and music. I am a project manager for several small-end development projects, including "Rift", a standalone game and "The Aerovelence Mod", a Terraria mod.
As for my music, I create anything from TV show soundtrack to rock music with FL Studio 20. I started purely out of boredom.
I am heavily into business and management. All my live I've been told by many I make a great leader, and I prove my worth every moment of the day. There's never a moment I turn down a challenge, and I'll always go for the difficult tasks first with proper planning.
This website serves as a list of my experiences.
2024 - 2025
As a Guest Advocate for the Holiday's I consistently exceeded guest service and loyalty program goals through engaging, friendly service. I maintained clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment in partnership with management and demonstrated strong adaptability and collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
2024-2024
3.67 / 4 GPA
2023 - 2024
As a Team Lead for both the Front End and the Garden, Toys, and Seasonal departments, I led a team of 40+ associates to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, implemented process improvements that increased Front-End sales and profitability, and even empowered and trained 3 team associates to promoting into their own departments on cross-functional skills to support store-wide goals. Additionally, I had utilized data analysis to optimize scheduling, reduce wait times, and drive key metrics, analyzed the P&L Report with my management to detect opportunities, and managed all cash handling, reporting, and auditing procedures with high accuracy.
2021 - 2023
As a Team Associate I was responsible for executing all things on the bottom line. Whenever there was downtime, I would complete e-learning modules on relevant topics such as food safety, and eventually held 40+ badges for every single department in the store. I would run the store when my manager was off, ensuring quality control (product cycling, out of dates, compliance) and even leading the team. Eventually I led the department into such success I was offered a leadership position in a nearby store.
